i am calling from my airtel no. to jio no. and ivr says currently all lines are busy except calls are connecting to others all nos.

I received Rs 10000 on 21/12 in paytm business walet but such amount was not credited my bank account at the time of filling this complaint
There is several times I makes call at customer care & I also request them to conect that call to your senior but they are not interested becacause they always. Bussy
