I ordered two dresses from alizeh collective through different instagram julie_collective worth 2998
I was told both dresses were cotton but they turned out to be very poor quality polyster and georgette dresses.
Within 5 mins of receiving the product,I informed the respective business that these have to be returned due to poor quality and i was told return will take place in 5 days.It has been more than 3 and no return attempt has been made
Pankaj promised to refund money and asked me to fill a return form he wanted us to enter google pay view balance PIN number and call it privacy.
This is unacceptable and they are worst. Request to look into this matter and give me a refund.
