Sir,
I have received a message from Airtel that outgoing services to my no.9987222452 will be stopped unless I recharge with Rs.23 before 09th December 2018.
I have a balance of Rs.480.11 as on 7.12.18 and it is a lifetime validity.
Then why is Airtel Suddenly imposing such rules on its customers.
Under the circumstances, I would humbly request your advice on further course of action.
Iam a senior citizen and such measures inconveniences me as this number is linked to my bank accounts.
