On sep 18 2023 i ordered magnetic bracelet in ajio worth 1000 rs , on September 22 i received a parcel from shadow fax delivery service which was the partner of ajio delivery, got wrong product (ladies band) worth rs 300. Raised a return request on ajio app and waited for 4 days. On 26 th sep the delivery person visited my home and collected the product. Submitted each and every proof. Ajio saying that I have to wait for 11 th Oct for the product check up. Why the heck I need to wait for these long days. Contacted ajio customer care on the past 3 consecutive days. Spoke with around 3 customer representatives. They are saying the same thing, which was mentioned in the app. Literally I was exhausted. The fault is totally on vendor s side, ajio must take actions on vendors side. But their actions are showing that I need to wait for long time. Hate ajio s worst ever customer service
