Text of Complaint by Kritika Mandiya:

I placed an order with Ajio on May 2, 2022 (2 pairs of footwear) and was delivered the wrong size- following which, I placed a return request right away & was given the return date as May 19, 2022.
Since then, I keep getting text message updates about how “a return pickup was attempted but failed.” I contacted Ajio right away, and sent them multiple e-mails of screenshots, proving that I was not contacted once. After a week of this back-and-forth, I finally received a call from their return pickup agent, and he refused to speak anything on the phone and continued to disconnect ALL MY CALLS (of which, I have phone recordings as evidence).
He continued this for the next three days and I went to the lengths of calling him back 11-12 times (screenshots of which I have).
I have been writing to Ajio every day since day 1 and all they ask for is more time. I informed them that I am not coerced to escalate this complaint to the consumer court and they still never listen. They do not provide a single actual number of a human to speak to and refuse to give me any timely or useful replies. I need help with the same. It is mentally exhausting and this treatment is noting but harassment of every kind.
