I have ordered a Bag from Ajio in month of may 2022. I didn’t like the product and decided to return it on 5th june 2022 at that time the pickup was not done and return got failed and after that when we tried to return the product the return on the website was closed for that product after that we have mailed the company on their customer support mail for the return of product and following the same since one month. One day they say that your pickup will be done and next day they cancel the pick up by them selves and they dont revert on mail on time.
