I ordered shoes from ajio on 25th december and received my order on 30th december,2022. After 2 days i submitted return request and returned shoes on 3rd january , 2023. And submitted my bank details for refund but instead of return money on my bank account they returned refund ed amount on their app in ajio wallet when i transferred that amount from their app to my bank account they said transferred failed and still didnot returned my money value of ₹ 1193 nether on their ajio wallet or my bank account. When i complain about this they said my complain will be solved on 6th January , 2023 or before given date but still they did not give my money return and stopped to reply my emails. My complaint id is COM00051124337 and still it is unsolved.
