Text of Complaint by Chiara:

Placed order worth rs950 on ajio website for a dress on 29th November. Dress was never delivered but on website mentions delivered on 5th December. After several complaints even till today 15th of Jan 2022, still I have not received the item nor my refund. As I do not want the item anymore due to the delay I have repeatedly asked them for my refund. Everytime they say they will give me but few days later they update the profile saying complaint resolved as dress has been delivered when actually nothing has been resolved.
