So i ordered a product from ajio and my area was not included as a cash on delivery area . But courier company ( private courier company) did delivered me the product.and then when i tried to return it then ajio app showed exchange not available but return is available.then when i clicked it and it was not confirming the return option. Then i tried to self ship it and they provide me a address where costumer care number was given on the name of contact number . My questions
1. When a private company is able to ship me a product then why cash on delivery is not available?
2. Why customer care number is given in returning item’s shipping address. What you want that delivery guy will talk to you computerized call operator to deliver product
