I ordered a jeans which doesn’t fit me.
I want to return it and get my refund.
But ajio app shows return exchange not applicable, you can self shipment it the address given to you.
As a customer I find this strongly inconvenient.
Because I have no expertise regarding how to ship items.
But if I want my money back I have to take time from my busy schedule to return this item and get my money back.
I believe due to this policy most of the customers don’t return their orders cause they find it better to give up their money than to go and ship item.
