It’s just frustrating when you can’t speak to them about your problem call this no and see if u get connected 1800-8899-991 and its 10 months their customer service is not in services.
They said on 5th Oct they will refund the money back and today’s 22nd oct. I have attached the Ajio email and on Ajio site saying resolved when still not received my refund
No money refunded back till date and Ajio site says resolved on 5th Oct. How to tell them it’s not resolved???
Tired and frustrated coz mails are just a waste to this team and you get Parrot answers back.
Sales of Ajio are in full swing but when it comes to customers services Covid comes in their way not to answer on phone to their customers.
