I had placed the order for a pair of wedges on November 23, 2020 and later returned the product on November 28, 2020. They initiated the refund on 1st December 2020, and told me to wait till 14th December. Till today, ie 7th January there has not been any refund credited into my account nor is the balance in ajio wallet being displayed. This company has good customer care executives, but worst team of specialists handling our grievances. Now after contacting them, and getting in touch with the executives, after an inhuman waiting time for them to attend the call, they blacklisted my contact, all because I pointed out their inefficiency.
