Dear Sir / Madam,

I am writing to you to raise an issue about Clothing, shoes & accessories

The issue that I have experienced was: I ordered G-STAR Jeans from the Ajio app on 8th March 2022 and created a return request and the order was picked up on 20th March 2022. The item was returned to AJIO warehouse on 28th March 2022 and they mentioned a refund will be initiated by 5th April 2022 and later after reaching out to customer care, they told me it will get initiated in two days. But the timeline was extended to 15th April 2022 and now they are asking for 2 more days every time. Today is 23rd April 2022 and getting the same automated message every time asking for 2 more business days. This is very unethical and barbaric from such a company.

It occurred on: 5/04/2022

I want my refund back as I returned the product to them. Why should my money be blocked when I returned the product?

I look forward to your prompt response on this matter. I would like to keep a complete record of my case, so please reply back via this email account.
