Order ID: FL0330131662, a pair of shoes. Ordered on 20 Nov 2021. I received some other company shoes so returned them. The return pick up was done on 29 Nov 2021. From that day they started all the drama saying that they received a non Ajio product which is against their policy so sending back the product. Till now(22 Jan 2022) neither I got a refund nor shoes. I have literally contacted customer care every 3 days but no solution. Now I need my money back not shoes. They are the ones selling non Ajio products and in return, they are blaming customers. If they send the right product why will I return it? They are literally making me go mad for 2 months. Today they called me to inform me that I will get the shoes within 2 days, but I am not ready for accepting those. I want my refund…
