Hello,
Pathetic Return and refund experience from AJIO.
I have been trying to reach out to the customer care of AJIO team for the past 2 weeks with regards to my Order ID #FL0311818958 and Return ID# RT54025718 . I received used shoes from AJIO and I had to return them back.
I was informed that I will be receiving the refund by 8th Jan and until today there was no update from their end.
Finally when I reached out to the customer care for an update, I was informed that my refund request has been canceled as the product returned does not belong to AJIO (Which has nothing to do with me as I returned the same product the way I received it).
Now, I do not have my money nor the product with me and no refund has been processed.
