Hello, this complaint is regarding an ecomm. Website named Ajio. After several tries and after speaking to more than 5 customer care agents, i came down to the decision of raising a complaint against ajio. I placed 2 orders from this company and i applied for return of the products on the next day, but there is no intimation from the company end regarding the pickup and refund. After waiting for 7 days after every conversation with customer care agent, i didn’t received any solution. Today on 19 of july 2023, its been more than 20 days i haven’t received any intimation from the company. My products worth more than 4000rs which are useless to me are still lying with me.
