Text of Complaint by Merlyn Shanmugam:

I HAD ORDERED 2 PANTS FROM AJIO APP AND THE PARCEL I RECEIVED WAS JUST ONE OLD USED JEANS PANT. THE DELIVERY PERSON HAD TAMPERED MY ORDER AND MISPLACED THE ITEMS WHICH I HAD ORDERED. THE JEANS INSIDE HAD NO PACKAGING AND NO TAGS, BECAUSE IT WAS MISPLACED WITH SOMEONE’S USED PANT. I HAD REQUESTED THE RETURN AND 4 ATTEMPTS WERE MADE TILL DATE SINCE A WEEK TO RETURN THE ITEM I HAVE WITH ME, BUT THE DELIVERY PERSON DENIES SAYS “WE ARE ASKED TO TAKE 2 QUANTITY AND YOU HAVE ONE”. AND THEY LEAVE LEAVING ME WITH THAT. I AM STRUGGLING WITH THIS ISSUE SINCE A WEEK AND NOW LOSING MY. PATIENCE. AJIO TEAM GUYS ARE GETTING INTO MY NERVES. THEY JUST DONT UNDERSTAND THE ISSUE, THEY CAN ASK THE DELIVERY PERSON TO TAKE THE ITEM I HAVE THAT IS 1 USED JEANS WHICH I HAD RECEIVED REGARDLESS OF THE QUANTITY THEY ARE SEEING?. I’M FEDUP, MY REFUND AND PATIENCE IS AT STAKE NOW. I’M LOSING ALL THE PATIENCE I HAVE LEFT IN ME. IT IS LIKE A CRIME I ORDERED FROM AJIO APP. KINDLY HELP WITH THE REFUND I HAVE TO RECEIVE.
