I Have ordered products on 28th Aug’23 and AJIO Promised they’ll deliver on or before 5th September but when I checked today i.e., on 4th September they updated delivery date as 11th September without informing anything regarding late delivery. I contacted to customer care regarding this, even they mentioning delivery date is 11th September we’re delivering on time. When I provided proof from my email where delivery date shown 5th September, customer care said sorry for inconvenience. We ordered for occasion and atleast they didn’t informed that products will delay in delivery. AJIO has to compensate for this and anyhow it was impacted. Attaching screenshots for reference.
