Hi,

I ordered the Nike Shoes on 4th Feb 2023 and the order ID is FN3795301675. Please find the below screenshot for reference purposes.

On 8th Feb the order was marked as delivered but the order has never been received by me or anyone from my family. I raised a complaint to ajio customer care but got a response that the order was delivered and they closed the complaint without giving the order or a refund.

Please help!!
