Text of Complaint by Nikita:

I raised a return request for Order ID- FL0291653442. I initiated a return request due to the size issue. The order was picked up on Aug 19, 2021 [ 10:38 AM ]. The delivery person gave me a pickup receipt as well [attached]. It has been over a month, I have not received any refund and I have raised numerous complaints to Ajio and mailed them. No one understands the problem instead just keep my call on hold or tell me to wait till a particular date. Even after waiting I get no resolution instead they schedule another return request. I am frustrated and I am clueless how I should make customer care understand that I have already returned the product, however the Ajio app said that the return was cancelled. Luckily I have the return receipt with me. I cannot sleep at night and in the morning I just wake with a frustrated mind. I am requesting you please address my concern, if the delivery person did not update Ajio, why should I bear the consequences. Never in my life I have come across such a company who refuses to provide actual solution to their customers. People who do not know much to reach out to customer care will be helpless. It is sad that an app associated to such a big name is not giving any good service. Very very disappointed.
