Text of Complaint by Priya Kapoor:

Hi,
I had placed a return request for the following THREE products with
Order ID: FL0326900093
Return ID: RT54952867
The delivery executive came to pick that up but he stated there was some error in his system due to which he couldn’t pick all the three products and said a pick-up would be scheduled in sometime, if not he asked me to contact customer care. However nothing has been done and my products haven’t been picked up. Kindly ensure that all the following products are picked up.

I also took a picture of the screen of the delivery boy who could not complete my return because of some technical error.

All products are brand new with their tags intact.
