Dear Sir/ Ma’am,
We had ordered a watch from AJio on the 25th. We did not like the watch and requested for return on the same day. The money was already recovered by AJio via UPI. Since 25th no one comes to our house for a pick up but we get a SMS saying that attempt was made to do a pick up but as no one was in the house and pick up didn’t happen.
Sir, we have been in the house and all entries in our society are also documented. No one has come. We diligently called and email Ajio saying no one came and please take the product back and return our money.
After 10 days of follow ups AJIO emails today they say its already been 7 days as you are not in home, share the pics of the watch etc, hence making the process tougher for us.
I can share all that but they are making a fool of the customers. I am attaching the screenshot that shows the return requested since 25th. Please help us sir. This is my hard earned money and companies like AJIO are making fun of us by deceiving us.
I have all the documented email with them complaining that no one is coming to pick up the watch. EVery day i documented.
