Dear sir,
my order id : FL03311168832
I ordered shoes and they delivered wrong colour and its prepaid order
same day I create exchange order but they cancelled it because they don’t have that colour shoes in stock
till today i am not able to return that shoes and they not return my money ..many times i called customer care and also right emails but every time they reply we are working on it wait !!!
please do the needful action against them with strict penalty
