This is in regards to a product that I recently purchased from ajio with order ID #FL0246681363 which contained 2 products (one was an AKS Chevron print anarkali kurta and the other one was an Outryt women vintage-washed distressed blue boyfriend jeans) I kept the kurta but the jeans was returned by me because I received defective piece. The refund got initiated on 14h April itself but I did not get the money credited into my account( it hardly takes 3-5 days to reflect the sum in the account) I have been constantly trying to contact Ajio customer care since that day itself , even raised a complaint, but to my surprise they are least bothered about customers. I just get some automated calls from ajio which are ofcourse not by real human executives. Then I started writing emails to ajio. They replied stating “sorry for the inconvenience caused we will call you with a solution in 3 days”. Well I waited but this thing is continuing for days after days. They just give deadlines for another 2 days whenever they reply in the mail. I even tried calling their toll free number but that too not reachable stating “due to the pandemic there are shortage of executives”. I even wrote them an email asking them for a call back, but they reply in such a time of the day in which they are closed saying “sorry we cant call you back at this time as we available on from — to –” . Now the thing is I have found out that ajio is doing this to many customers. Its there in the social all over saying that this same kind of behaviour is shown to many other customers. Please help us in this time.
