I am raising this complaint against Ajio app on refund amount of Rs 477 which is pending with Ajio for so many days now and also no resolution being provided to me on my complaints for same
1. Floral printed top ordered online because of fitting issues I decided to return the product
2. I initiated Return same day and finally product picked up for return on 14 October 2023 , and got an update from customer care on so many calls that all quality checks have been passes, product picked up and Ajio has initiated refund on 14 October 2023 , BUT money transfer is failing and till now despite multiple follow ups refund not received
3.The month of October 2023 is over and i am not being given my money back, product returned but didn’t get my money back after so many customer care calls
4. Unrealistic dates like 23 oct Or 26 oct are given to me BUT money still not refunded yet, who takes one month to refund? ? AND moreover Customer care is saying refund initiated but transaction is failing which is a lie as I given my bank account which I use everywhere
This looks like whole big online fraud going on, if so, it needs to be exposed.
I request you to help me on closure of this issue as soon as possible with suitable compensation for the delays in refunding my money
We should not let same happen to any other online customer and should bring this to their notice as well
