I am writing to bring to your attention an issue regarding the non-receipt of a refund amount into my bank account.
On 12th August I ordered a jacket on e-commerce website Ajio ,being unsatisfied with the product I requested return
[Date of Refund requested 15th August ], a refund was initiated for the amount of [Total Refund Amount 2539 on 16th August ] to be credited to my bank account with the bank reference number [Bank Reference Number :422912508281 ] However, despite the refund initiation, I have not yet received the credited amount in my account.
I have thoroughly checked my bank statement and have not found any record of the refund being credited. As a result, I kindly request your assistance in investigating this matter and providing me with an update on the status of the refund.
