I ordered 6 quantity (order I’D FL0210070288) on date 25 Dec 2020) after getting the product I face the size issue as well as quality issue that’s why I return the product on date 28 Dec 2020 the pickup has been done by Delivery courier partner. The person who come for pickup take all products by checking quality of along with price tag one by one and give me a receipt for successfully pickup of product.
I call to customer number of time but they say don’t worry we will provide refund surely on an before 11 January 2021.
In 11 they told me your product has fail quality check that’s why we will not provide any refund.
I told them I have a prof that my product was picked up after verification.
