Text of Complaint by Ankita Sarawagi:

Hi, I have received three products and raised return request with time line for return but no one came to pick up the order. Given multiple calls and the only thing they is to say don’t worry and give me another date for pickup but the pickup never happens. It’s been 2 months now with endless calls and complains on the app but none has been resolved. I just want them to take their product back and give me my money back. Please help me.
