Text of Complaint by Saumya:

I have contacted through multiple portals, chat, phone, Twitter. The delivery executive is creating nuisance and has refused to pick up my order. Firstly the order that was delivered did not have price tag, on checking with ajio they mentioned it can be returned. Next your delivery guy calls me and talks in a rubbish language and tells me without tag he won’t pick up the order. Yesterday he calls me again saying he wants OTP without coming to my place and tells me if I don’t give the OTP then he won’t pick up the order and he is trying to help which he won’t now.

Today without contacting or attempting the delivery I get a notification that return was attempted.
