I have ordered three products from Ajio Order ID: FN7253203472, As product quality was not good i have raised the return request. After multiple followup Ajio Customer care gave one address and asked me do the self-ship to the address(Reliance Retail Limited, AIPUR LOGISTIC AND WAREHOUSE LLP, VILLAGE BAGRU RAVAN, BAGRU, JAIPUR, RAJASTHAN, India- 303007). Now I have shipped the product using DTDC courier parter with Consignment Number: H29852896. DTDC updated address from AJIO was wrong and they are not able to deliver to the address. I have updated the same to AJIO customer care team and they are claiming the address was correct and reship the product some other delivery partner.
My return ID AJIO created for three products are RT68638225, RT68772108, RT68884242.
They are not providing the right solution and harassing the customer by not picking the product. For self ship DTDC charged 450 rupees, now Again AJIO asking self-ship the product to same address through some other courier partner and they are not paying our money.
From last two months around 5000 rupees stuck in the AJIO website.

For the trouble, we’ll even take care of the shipping charges by adding 150 store credits to your AJIO account along with the refund amount. It’s our way of saying: Thanks for taking the trouble!
That said, this isn’t going to be the case forever. We’re working hard to ensure that we cause minimal inconveniences to our wonderful customers like you and hope to have the pick-up facility available the next time you wish to return a product.
