1) On 23/11/22, I ordered a pair of Adilette Comfort Striped Sliders by Adidas. I received a fake slider of some aadi brand. Immediately I placed the product for return by completing all their returning and verification processes.
2) On 3/12/22, the pickup was completed by DELHIVERY, and I was told I would get the refund as soon as it reached the warehouse. The promised date was (16/12/22) which is the maximum time the refund could take place.
3) On 7/12/22, the parcel reached the warehouse, but no updates were given to me, and I got to know about this when I was constantly calling the AJIO customer care team.
4)The promised date was crossed, and I still need to get a refund. Every time I ask the AJIO team, they say that It would take 2 Business days and would reach back to me, but they have yet to come up with a resolution. On Constantly calling them daily, they said that my returned product was being treated as a NON-AJIO product, and if that came for one of their more quality checks, they could not do anything, and they would return the fake product to me.
5) AJIO is scamming me because, on searching on the Internet, I learned that many users face this issue, and in the end, they return the item saying it’s a NONAJIO product.
6)My product was ₹2897, and I don’t want to lose it. Kindly file a complaint against them and provide justice to me.
