Hi,
I ordered some product from Ajio App on 10th of June, my order no FN7548302268. I have done all the payment. It was supposed to be delivered on 14-17th of June. But my partial orders got delayed delivery and i have called the customer service to ask the status of delivery, no one bothered to reply me. And they raised a complaint (Complaint ID COM00061255516) and closed it without delivery of products.
And i have been trying calling them everyday and nobody is replying and calling me back.
Every day i get mail saying that your order has been shipped and you will receive by “some random date 19th, 20th,21st like that”. Everyday they are changing delivery date in app.
I want resolution for this and i want compensation for this issue.
