Dear Sir/Madam,
Here is the complaint.
1. I ordered a kurta set.
2. I received the kurta ONLY and NOT the palazzo.
3. As there was no option to select “MISSING PRODUCT”, I chose the “exchange option” and wrote comments saying the palazzo is MISSING.
4. I received a kurta ONLY in exchange AGAIN!!!
5. I called the customer service, and a lady took the complaint and asked me to send an email with the photos.
6. I sent an email with photos of the product and I did not receive any response.
7. I raised a complaint again as there is no resolution by calling the customer service again.
8. A gentleman answered my call and offered to refund the money for the MISSING product. I refused and told him I want to return the product. He said he will send a link to initiate the return request. I did not get the message.
9. I initiated the return request with a detailed explanation. The courier guy comes and asks me for the palazzo. I told him there is no palazzo and that I received the KURTA ONLY. He refused to take the product and told me to re- initiate the return with the reason “wrong product received”. I’m unable to re-initiate the return request as the status has not changed from “return pickup by September 25”.
10. I tried calling AJIO for 2 days and kept getting disconnected purposefully.
11. Now an email is sent to me saying that they tried calling me and asked me to raise a complaint again. This is fraud. They are not resolving my complaint and throwing me from pillar to post. Totally unacceptable.
Issue not resolved still.
