I ordered product on 8 December but delivery address was wrong. So I cancelled the order same time on 8 December. I waited 5 days to but they didn’t proceed the refund, then I complain in customer support. They are giving me false hope that your money is refunded should reflect in your bank account in 48 hours. I asked them to send me transaction Id if they have refunded my payment. After so many Mails they have shared fake transaction Id with me. Today is 20 December i am still not received the amount so went to the bank to understand the issue. I showed transaction Id which Ajio has share with me and employee said transaction Id is not valid. This is how they are scamming people. They should be published.
