I placed an order with Ajio on September 19 and received it on September 27. The product was picked up by Delhivery in the first week of October and the courier person matched all details. Despite about a hundred calls and mails, the company has not processed my refund. Their customer care persons give contradictory answers. While some say they have received the product, others say they are still trying to find out. It has been 2 months but they have absolutely failed to give me my refund.
