Text of Complaint by Himanshu Poptani:

I have ordered some shirts from ajio. AFTER Delivery i found that the shitrs size was to small and i decided to exchange it with bigger size but unfortunately the size were not available on the app so i decided to return the order on 08-08-2022 i placed return request and they cancelled it and on 09-08-2022 i placed another return request and they again cancelled it and now they were asking me to self ship to this order they provided me the address for the selfshipment but didn’t provided sellers contact they only provided me warehouse address but still i went to Delhivery & Ecom express for self ship these items when i reach on delhivery courier they asked me for the seller contact to reach him at the of delivery once again i called to ajio customer care and asked about seller proper address or contact and they said we don’t have authority to provide seller’s contact to anyone and now i am stuck between courier service and Ajio please help me to get out of this.
