Text of Complaint by Anuja:

I had order a product from Ajio, which I didnt like so I returned. Order ID- FL0358922174.
The logistics partner showed up and said the bar code doesnt match on the tag to that of what is available on their application. Extremely embarrassing for an online company to make such remark and never heard from any other online site to say the product they delivered doesnt match the barcode when returned, as if customers come with a barcode printer on their end.
I contacted their customer care center which is completely inefficient and useless, they said they will attempt again to take it in 2 days. I explained the situation that I am going out of town for months and cannot carry the product with me causing extra baggage. No one showed up on 2nd day and Ajio updated on their site saying they made some attempt.
Called them again, they said logistics person would show up on the same day before 6 pm. No one showed up, called again and they didnt have any resolution despite escalating to supervisor. They asked to raise a complain on the app itself with pictures on 10th Feb and they would resolve it by 17th Feb.

On 17th Feb 2022, they sent a message saying your return request has been cancelled, now raise another return request. Given which I called up the customer care and them acing their inefficiency asked to wait 2 more business days with out doing anything. I asked for supervisor who then preferred to just state the obvious saying I can only tell you to raise another return request and follow the same process that I had gone through earlier.
Basically the same harassment and trouble of getting the product rejected. Since I didn’t have the product with me, they had the audacity to ask to upload pictures again, despite the fact that I already did last time. They had the guts to say ask who so ever to upload pictures, which means all the effort I made to return the product went in vain and they wanted me to go through it again.
I donot want to go through the same loop, hence writing it here.
