Text of Complaint by Priyanka Nahata:

I had been delivered an incomplete Kurta set on Jan, 15 and its been 50 days of regular follow up to either initiate a partial refund regarding the incomplete delivery or execute the complete order but neither of it hasn’t happened yet.

They had also generated a complaint number COM00018123252 against my order #FL0223999668

I simply fail to understand why reputed companies resort to such fraudulent practices.

It cannot take such a long duration to resolve such a simple issue.

Attached is the description of the product which was supposed to be delivered. And only one kurti with no pant was delivered.

I hope my issue is taken up and resolved.
