I have ordered men’s levis jeans on 11 December 2020 and have returned 4 jeans back and the amount as not refunded, I have following it for 2 months and logged the complain but without refunding they have closed the complaint several times, they have said the amount has been refunded but is has not in initiated in my bank account, I have mailed my bank statement also but they are not refunding the amount please do the needful.
