My item got delivered on 6th June. The item is an Aldo bag and it’s a duplicate damage product. The application is not updating the status of the order to delivered, hence I cannot return the same. It’s worth 6600. I have written them 14 emails and almost 36 calls. But they are not helping me at all. If they want to keep my money then can tell me straight away
