I had made a prepaid order of Rs 4624.90/- from Ajio website on 22nd of April 2022. The delivery date was 02nd of May 2022 whereas till date neither the items are delivered nor my amount has been refunded. I have raised several complaints with Ajio to cancel the order and refund my money but they did not provide any resolution to them. 1. COM00035999178 raised on 29th April – ticket closed without any resolution. 2. COM00036026567 raised on 29th April – ticket closed without any resolution. 3. COM00036095408 raised on 30th April – ticket still open whereas the resolution time was till 09th May. 4. COM00036491961 raised on 07th May – ticket still open whereas the resolution time was till 13th May. I have called them several times but did not get any response regarding my refund , they keep the customers on hold and then disconnect the call stating that they will call back. I have also raised this issue on Ajio social networking sites but in vain. Please help me in getting my hard earned money back , AJIO is harassing and cheating the customers.
