I ordered 3 pair of shoes from AJIO on 26th June,25 which got delivered on 1st July,25. After which I placed a return request for 2 shoes. Since a month, there has been no call/ delivery attempted byAJIO, however, messages like quality issue/delivery failed are sent without even attempting the return. It has been over 1 month I have been raising tickets (6-7 tickets raised and closed without resolution) and multiple follow ups over mail. This a scam run by AJIO to not refund the money of the consumers
