This is regarding the Pair of Nike Shoe which I ordered from Ajio. I thought it would be an original product but was not and I didn’t even receive any tag with it either.
Kindly go through the Timeline below to understand my countless efforts and fails for them to initiate a return from their end for my product.(which is still not resolved)
17-01-2023:
order placed
21-01-2023:
order received(the quality of the shoe is not even first copy, tag is missing, box is in bad condition too but its original box of Nike, the glue is shoe from souls is sticking out, everywhere it is written air and not Nike, as the product is different from what is shown on the website).
22-01-2023:
I initiated a return for the product.
24-01-2023 to 30-01-2023:
The Pickup agent from Ajio came to collect my order but he refused to collect it. He said the product is different from the description on the website and I should again initiate a return with a new request stating that the product is not delivered as shown on the website(that too without tag). But after that incident I applied(through the Ajio app) 3-4 requests. They all were rejected saying that incomplete details were provided from my end(they concluded by saying that the issue was resolved but it wasn’t).
31-01-2023:
As the return process was not working for me through the Ajio app, I started communicating with them through their authorized customer mail ID. I shared my order details, complaint no. details, product details and what not. Everything which they needed to resolve it I provided them. Still they were not able to understand my concern.
I started worrying about the 15 days return/exchange policy(as the days were passing and I was not getting my refund)
They give me these excuses that we are not able to see your mail because the attachments are more than 20MB(which I kept under 15MB next time). Even after a new mail which was according to their desired Mail size they told me that they were not able to see the mail properly due to the exceeding size of it.
1-02-2023:
Send them another mail, same reply received.(we will look into it), by the evening they send another mail saying that they called me regarding the issue and I was unable to attend it so they have closed the query as it is resolved. I received no call from their end that day.

2-02-2023:
Again I send them Mail for my Return Initiation with all the details. Same reply was received.(we will look into it) and the query was resolved within 5 hours stating the same solution was not available to them. But this time they did not share any Return ID details like previously only the name of the care team.

Now that more than 15 days have passed, I have been forced to complain to higher authorities like this platform as they are not resolving it. Continuous 15-20 minute calls to customer care, 8-10 times query raised from the application are not included in this.
