Dear Sir
This is related to my order number FN5794403798 ordered on 23rd August and delivered on 28th August.
1. The product ordered were 2 Fashor Kurtas and 1 one Fashor Suit from Ajio and and the articles were completely different from what was ordered and and I receive old and damaged articles.
Firstly I need video of packaging and proof that I was provided with right article.I will also provide company with parcel opening video.
2. I initiated written request 10 times and made many calls to the customer care but I was not provided with any solution from Ajio company .Why I’m not provided with any solutions and provided with new dates for return?
3.I made return request on
28th August,30th August (2 request),1st ,3rd,4th,5th(3 request) and 8th September but all my return request are getting cancelled and I got message from the company that I have cancelled my return request which I never done.I also received messages for pickup but it was also cancelled.I need reason for cancellation of my return request.
4.Last date of Returning the products is 12th September and company is not taking any proper action and then It will say that return date is over.I need written explanation.
5.Is Ajio doing fraud with customers by sending them used and damaged articles.
6.Customer Care is disconnecting my calls and Courier Service is denying pickup of the products.
7.I have made payment of Rs.3328 in the company for useless articles and now company is harassing me by not giving any response.
Such kind of unethical and irresponsible behaviour towards regular customer will adversely affect customer faith in Online Shopping
