Recently i shop some clothes from ajio. Ajio is a online shopping platform. They provide 30days return and exchange policy. I get the product but I don’t like them because they are look like used so I decide to return them. When i create return they blocked my account and told me that I can’t return the product. The product is useless for me. I keep them as i got. If their return policy is 30 days then how can they deny to pickup? They do fraud with me. I am stuck in very bad situation. It making me psychologically ill.
