My ajio account is blocked for literally no reason and i have 4000-5000 worth of items to return also i have 1000 plus balance in my acount,when i asked they are giving fake reasons like they said I tried to return a non ajio product which actually never happened i asked them for proof or item description and they have no answers
This is unethical and fraudulent
Didn’t expect such practices from such reputed company
Please help to get my money back from these fraudsters
Hi Sir,
I placed an order on 17th Feb 2021 with AJIO.3 items in the order.2 of the items got delivred.One of the item was never dispatched by AJIO.I raised multiple complaint with AJIO.Though they acknowledged the complaint,they used to close the complaint after 2 days marking it as resolved.Their tollfree number never used to get connected.Now its been 5 months.I am tired as its my hard earned money which they are not returning.Its seen in their facebook page mine is not an isolated case as there are many other customers like me getting cheated.Either they dont send the product or they send wrong product or dont give refund for returned product.Mine is just Rs 441 and by cheating many customers like me they make big money.I humbly request you to look into this
