I had orders a pair of shoes, which does not fit. I want to exchange or return them. Ajio is not allowing me to exchange them as I cannot see the product to choose for exchanging. Even though the product is eligible for return or exchange. No one is respondingbto my complaint as well. Worst experience.

Ajio is not letting me exchange my product. The size sent is not correct
