Text of Complaint by Krishna gupta:

I ordered a t-shirt from ajio on 15 May 2024 and I received the product on 17th May. I opened the package and didn’t like the quality of the t-shirt. The material of the t-shirt was very poor and looked like an old product. So I instantly requested the return request on ajio on 17th May itself. The delivery came on 18th May and opened the package to see the product. He checked the product and accepted my return. But on 26th May on the ajio app it showed me that the return has been cancelled. I mailed ajio several times explaining the matter, they assured me that they will look into the matter and resolve it asap. but after so many mails and customer support calls there was no positive help from the Ajio. And finally they shipped the package back to me and I received it on 16th of June.

Please help in this matter.
