I have ordered Red Tape black jeans from Ajio on 22 march 2024 under No Return Policy. I got the product on 27 march 2024. After seeing the product I was surprised with the stitches on waist area and also length is shorter than the usual jeans. I have raised a complaint on Ajio using their chat help desk and sent them an email regarding this fraud.
But they were closed my both the complaint by saying that ‘After conducting a thorough investigation our team has ascertained that correct product was shipped from our end post stringent quality check. Hence, we will be unable to accept return/exchange of the product.

I am unable to return this product due to their misuse of No Return Policy. They are selling a bad quality and defective and used products under No Return Policy.
I am looking for the best and lawful justice from the Honourable Consumer Court.
