I have paid ₹863 cash on delivery for my ajio product of fort Collins jacket order id is #RT32681882, I have already return the jacket now ajio company has refused to pay my refund amount of ₹863. Pick up was done very well by ecom express agent after checking the product but now they refused to pay refund ₹863. I have complained many times to customer care representatives. But they did not pay amount. plz help
